Women's Day Luncheon

On Friday 8 March 2019 The Workplace held its inaugural International Women’s Day luncheon to raise money for Dress for Success.

Held at the Establishment Ballroom with an esteemed panel of guest speakers including Dr Kerryn Phelps AM MP, Ann Sherry AO and Justin Greiner with Deborah Knight leading the panel, guests were privy to a lively discussion and a delicious 2 course menu with wines provided by sponsor Bird in Hand.

The Workplace proudly raised over $16,000.00 to be donated to Dress for Success and are very excited to be working on their next International Women’s Day luncheon to be held on Friday 6 March 2020 where we hope to double the proceeds.

This webinar will cover the legislative framework including anti-discrimination laws, employment law, work health and safety and privacy. It will also provide some useful insights from an employee viewpoint and look at resources available to employers, as well as tips for what to do now.
