What you need to know

At The Workplace, we understand the challenge of managing the operational demands of P&C while staying up to date with more changes in the employment and IR space than ever before.

We welcome you to join us for an in-person session covering key areas of change critical to all organisations, over a half day allowing the opportunity for group discussion.

In the session, we will cover topics including:

  • Models of engaging team members, as employees or contractors, and current considerations and risks associated with workplace planning.

  • Fair Work Act and IR compliance, including recent developments underscoring the need for an ongoing refresh of processes, policies and contracts.

  • Managing employee grievances and disputes, including a “refresher” on best practice on the “front end” to minimise the risk of issues escalating.

  • Hybrid working and global mobility, including the legal issues arising from cross-border engagements and flexibility in new ways of working.

  • The “where to from here” in P&C, including anticipated changes in the legislative/political space.

What you’ll take away

We’ll make sure you leave our session well equipped for further thought and reflection! Session materials will include a detailed slide deck and case notes with the key takeaways from the day.
